The award recognises outstanding products that demonstrate exceptional quality, innovation, market potential and overall value to consumers. This award celebrates products that stand out through their design, functionality, performance, sustainability, safety and ability to meet evolving market needs. The award also aims to honour businesses that continuously raise industry standards and deliver products with strong potential for local and international growth.
Services Award
The award demonstrates outstanding achievement in delivering high-quality, reliable and customer-focused services. It celebrates service providers that distinguish themselves through professionalism, innovation, responsiveness and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The award also honours businesses that consistently enhance the customer experience, maintain excellent service standards and create meaningful value for clients, stakeholders and the wider industry.

Eligibility Criteria
Products Excellence Award
- •Confirmed participation as an exhibitor at WiEX Pavilion;
- •Registered as MATRADE Member (for Malaysian companies only); and
- •Recorded an average annual sales value exceeding RM500,000.
Services Excellence Award
- •Confirmed participation as an exhibitor at WiEX Pavilion;
- •Registered as MATRADE Member (for Malaysian companies only); and
- •Recorded an average annual sales value exceeding RM250,000.
Innovation, Sustainability & Digitalisation Award
Eligibility Criteria
Services / Products Innovation, Sustainability and Digitalisation Award
- •Confirmed participation as an exhibitor at WiEX Pavilion;
- •Registered as MATRADE Member (for Malaysian companies only);
- •Incorporated innovation and sustainable practices into business operations; and
- •Recorded an average annual sales value exceeding RM500,000 (Products) or RM250,000 (Services).
